A Letter from Our Founder, Andy Daniels
After growing up in Missouri surrounded by agriculture, I got started as a commercial grain merchandiser and then entered the futures and options arena in the late 80’s. I live and breathe these markets and have for decades. I trade them with my own money every day.
I know ags and the ag markets. And as you know very well, times are changing. These are not your father’s markets anymore, or even the markets of 10 years ago. What used to work then, often won’t work now. If he wants to prosper, or perhaps even survive, the 21st century farmer needs to evolve to be better at everything he has done before, plus he needs to have a few extra tricks up his sleeve to stay ahead.
I’ve been in the brokerage business for decades, and I wanted to build a separate, special group focused exclusively on helping farmers to prosper.
